Thandi Ramathesele obtained her BA in Communication at the University of Fort Hare in 1984. She went on to complete further courses in Media and Communications, ensuring her ability to work extensively as a professional in this field. Her work experience includes past Chair and current Board member of Newtown Film and Television School and various Executive positions in SABC. Ms Ramathesele was an invaluable member of the task team which successfully repositioned SABC. She currently provides consultancy services to companies wishing to fully exploit the advantages of multi-media broadcasting and advertising.

Thandi is Chair of the Board of UniPalm and participates on the company’s Remuneration Committee.
